Service Description

Take control of your event with our specialized consulting service that provides you with the tools to succeed. We offer customizable checklists, templates, and step-by-step guidance, helping you manage everything from planning timelines to vendor coordination. Perfect for those who want to create memorable experiences on their own terms, with a little professional support along the way.


Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit: A $300 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your event. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable after the planning session. 2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. 3. Payment Schedules: We are happy to accommodate customized payment schedules. Please contact us to discuss options. 4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. 5. Event Duration: Our services are available for 2-5 hours. Any additional hours beyond the agreed-upon time will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour. 6. Bartender Staffing: We provide 2 bartenders for events with up to 100 guests. Additional bartenders will be required for larger events and will be charged at $100 per bartender. 7. Alcohol Service: Since we offer a dry service, alcohol is not included. We offer alcohol courier service for pick-up and delivery at an additional charge. 8. Bar Decor: Bar decor is included in the package and can be customized to fit the theme of your event. 9. Glassware: Plastic drinkware is included in the service. Glassware rentals are available for an additional charge. 10. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply for events outside a specified radius from our location. Please inquire for details. 11. Changes to the Event: Any changes to the event details (guest count, event timing, etc.) must be made at least 14 days before the event date. 12. Liability & Insurance: Calypso Cocktails is fully insured for all events. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible service experience.
