Contract, Deposit & Payment Plan
Once your proposal is approved, you are able to sign your contract and get your deposit locked in. Need to spread out payments? No problem — we will set up a payment plan that works for your timeline. All payments are due 30 days before the event date.
Your Pouring Consultation — 30 Days Out
About a month before your event, we schedule a dedicated Pouring Consultation with our Beverage Director and Event Manager. With over 25+ years experience in bartending and event management, you'll finalize your drink menu together, nail down every last detail, and our customize your bar setup, décor, and all the logistics to match your vision perfectly. All remaining payments are due at this point.
This is where the magic happens! We love this part of the process — getting to know your taste, your vision, and crafting a menu that's entirely yours.
Your Personalized Alcohol Shopping List
We'll send you an exact list — every bottle, every quantity — so there's no guesswork. Whether you go top-shelf or budget-friendly is entirely up to you. We put that choice in your hands and never judge either way. We have suggestions for where to buy your liquor or you can choose your favorite place to purchase.
Your Only Job? Get the Alcohol to the Venue.
That's it. We handle everything else — the handcrafted wooden bar, the tools, the mixers, the garnishes, the ice, the setup, and the cleanup. You show up, enjoy your celebration, and leave the rest to us.

HOW IT WORKS
What is a Dry Bartending Service?
Dry service means we provide everything needed to run a world-class bar — except the alcohol. You purchase the liquor, beer, and wine directly, which keeps costs transparent and often saves you money compared to traditional open-bar packages.
Because our service is all inclusive as well we take care of all the hard stuff: the bar setup, the tools, the mixers, the garnishes, the smallwares, the ice, the hydration station and two certified bartenders ready to craft incredible drinks all night long.
To make it simple: You get to focus on your event while we provide an incredible bartending experience for you and your guests.
We Guide Your Purchase
Not sure what to buy or how much? We'll walk you through exactly what to get based on your guest count, event type, and preferred drink menu.
We Build the Drink Menu Together
From classic cocktails to custom creations, our Beverage Director works with you to craft a menu that fits your vibe and your guests.
We Run the Bar
Two certified bartenders. A handcrafted wooden bar. Every mixer, garnish, and tool. We handle every detail so you can enjoy your event.
We Clean Up After
When the last drink is poured, we pack everything up and leave the bar area tidy. Leftover alcohol goes wherever you direct.

Premium Wooden Bar
Our signature bars are built for elegance — customizable with décor and features to match your venue and theme. Never a folding table in sight.
2 Certified Bartenders
We never send one bartender to a full event. Two professionals means short lines and happy guests all event long!
Ice, Coolers, Tools, and Smallwares
Full ice supply, beer coolers, and keg taps for draft service — plus all the smallwares: cups, cocktail straws, napkins, and everything else. Many companies charge extra or a la carte for these. We don't.
Mixers and Garnishes
From juices and sodas to citrus, cherries, olives and specialty syrups — your package determines the spread, and we bring every bit of it.
Hydration Station
Every bar comes with a dedicated water station for your guests. It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many bartending companies charge extra for it. With Calypso, it's always part of the package.
Full Setup & Breakdown
We arrive 1–2 hours early to set up perfectly, and we handle all cleanup when the night wraps. You'll never even know we were there!
