We never send one bartender to a full event. Two professionals means short lines and happy guests all event long!

Ice, Coolers, Tools, and Smallwares

Full ice supply, beer coolers, and keg taps for draft service — plus all the smallwares: cups, cocktail straws, napkins, and everything else. Many companies charge extra or a la carte for these. We don't.

Mixers and Garnishes

From quality juices and sodas to citrus, cherries, olives, and specialty syrups — your package determines the spread, and we bring it all.

Hydration Station

Every bar comes with a dedicated water station for your guests.

It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many bartending companies charge extra for it. With Calypso, it's always part of the package.

Full Setup & Breakdown

We arrive 1–2 hours early to set up perfectly, and we handle all cleanup when the night wraps up.
