You purchase the liquor, beer, wine, champagne or seltzers directly, which keeps costs transparent and often saves you money compared to traditional open-bar packages.
Because our service is all-inclusive, we take care of all the hard stuff: the bar setup, the tools, the mixers, the garnishes, the smallwares, the ice, the hydration station, and certified bartenders ready to craft incredible drinks all night long.

From quality juices and sodas to citrus, cherries, olives, and specialty syrups — your package determines the spread, and we bring it all.
Hydration Station
Every bar comes with a dedicated water station for your guests. It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many bartending companies charge extra for it. With Calypso, it's always part of the package.
Ice, Coolers, Tools, and Smallwares
Full ice supply, beer coolers, and keg taps for draft service — plus all the smallwares: cups, cocktail straws, napkins, and everything else. Many companies charge extra or a la carte for these. We don't.
Full Setup & Breakdown
We arrive 1–2 hours early to set up perfectly, and we handle all cleanup when the night wraps up.
