Service Description
Calypso Cocktails provides a fun and professional beer, wine, and champagne pouring service for your event! Our package includes a portable bar, certified bartenders, ice, coolers, keg taps if needed, and bar decor to complement your event’s style. Since we offer a dry service, alcohol is not provided, but we’re happy to assist with alcohol courier service for pick-up and delivery for an additional charge. Plastic drinkware is included, and glassware can be rented to add a touch of elegance to your event! We always provide two bartenders for events with up to 100 guests. For larger events, additional bartenders will be required to ensure a seamless drink service experience and accommodate your guest count. We offer 2-5 hours of service starting at $300, with flexible options to accommodate the length of your event and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all your guests. A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. We are happy to accommodate customized payment schedules. Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit: A $300 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your event. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable after the planning session. 2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. 3. Payment Schedules: We are happy to accommodate customized payment schedules. Please contact us to discuss options. 4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. 5. Event Duration: Our services are available for 2-5 hours. Any additional hours beyond the agreed-upon time will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour. 6. Bartender Staffing: We provide 2 bartenders for events with up to 100 guests. Additional bartenders will be required for larger events and will be charged at $100 per bartender. 7. Alcohol Service: Since we offer a dry service, alcohol is not included. We offer alcohol courier service for pick-up and delivery at an additional charge. 8. Bar Decor: Bar decor is included in the package and can be customized to fit the theme of your event. 9. Glassware: Plastic drinkware is included in the service. Glassware rentals are available for an additional charge. 10. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply for events outside a specified radius from our location. Please inquire for details. 11. Changes to the Event: Any changes to the event details (guest count, event timing, etc.) must be made at least 14 days before the event date. 12. Liability & Insurance: Calypso Cocktails is fully insured for all events. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible service experience.
